The worst travel experience of my daily life. Boarding chaos, delays and disorganisation at each and every phase. The worst of numerous was sitting in freezing temperatures for 10 hours while asking all cabin crew to show the warmth around no avail.Comparing this encounter with Fiji air flight from LA to Melbourne. Even worse was missing my flight
